Conclusion of the contract<\/strong>\nTo conclude the purchase contract, it is necessary to fill out the form: Billing Details in electronic format and send it following the relevant instructions.\nIt contains the reference to the General Conditions of Sale, the images of each product and its price, the means of payment accepted, the type of delivery of the products purchased and the relative shipping and delivery costs, a reference to the conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the methods, and times for returning the products purchased.\nBefore the conclusion of the contract, you will be asked to confirm the reading of the General Conditions of Sale including the information on the right of withdrawal and Personal Data processing.\nThe contract is concluded when the seller receives the Billing Details, subject to verification of the correctness of the data contained therein.\nThe buyer will be obliged to pay the price from the completion of the online order submission procedure. Payment methods and prices<\/strong>\nThe price of the products will be the one indicated from time to time on the website unless there is a clear error.\nIn case of error www.edenaria.it will notify the buyer as soon as possible allowing the confirmation of the order at the right amount or the cancellation. In any case, www.edenaria.it will not be obligated to provide what is sold at the lower price indicated incorrectly.\nThe prices of the website include VAT but not shipping costs. Prices may change at any time. The changes do not apply to orders for which confirmation has already been sent.\nOnce selected, products will be added to the cart. it will be enough to follow the instructions for the purchase, entering or verifying the required information in each step of the process. Order details may be changed before payment.\nPayment can be made via: Paypal, bank transfer, check, cash, credit card and Satispay. Delivery<\/strong>\nwww.edenaria.it makes shipments in the following geographical areas: Italy, Europe, and the rest of the world.\nDelivery takes place as per Billing Details by the date therein indicated. If no delivery date is specified, it takes place within the estimated time provided when selecting the type of delivery and, in any case, within the maximum period of 10 days from the date of confirmation.\nIf it is not possible to carry out the delivery, the order will be sent to the warehouse. In this event, a notice will specify where the order is located and how to agree on a new delivery.\nIf you are unable to be present at the place of delivery at the agreed time, we recommend contacting us again to agree on a new delivery date.\nIf the delivery cannot take place for reasons not attributable to us after 15 days from the date on which the order is available for delivery, we will assume that you intend to terminate the contract.\nConsequently, the amounts will be returned, delivery costs included, except for any additional costs arising from choosing a different type of delivery from the ordinary one offered, without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date of termination of the contract.     Shipping and delivery time<\/h3>\nThe shipment of the ordered items takes place through national express couriers directly to the address indicated.\nThe products are shipped and delivered in 3-5-10 working days depending on what is indicated in each item.
