  4. Conclusion of the contract
    To conclude the purchase contract, it is necessary to fill out the form: Billing Details in electronic format and send it following the relevant instructions.
    It contains the reference to the General Conditions of Sale, the images of each product and its price, the means of payment accepted, the type of delivery of the products purchased and the relative shipping and delivery costs, a reference to the conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the methods, and times for returning the products purchased.

    The contract is concluded when the seller receives the Billing Details, subject to verification of the correctness of the data contained therein.

    Having concluded the contract, the seller takes charge of the order for its fulfilment.

    When completing the registration procedures, the User undertakes to follow the indications on the website and to provide their Personal Data in a correct and truthful manner.
    Confirmation will exempt in any case from any responsibility regarding the Data provided by the user. The User undertakes to inform promptly of any change in their Data at any time communicated.

    The availability of the products refers to the actual availability at the time the buyer places the order. This availability must however be considered approximate because, due to the simultaneous presence of more users on the website, the products could be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed.
    Even after sending the order confirmation email, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this eventuality, the order will be corrected automatically with the elimination of the unavailable product and the buyer will be immediately informed by email.
    If the buyer requests the cancellation of the order, terminating the contract, will refund the amount paid within 10 days from the time became aware of the decision of the buyer to terminate the contract.

  9. Delivery makes shipments in the following geographical areas: Italy, Europe, and the rest of the world.
    Delivery takes place as per Billing Details by the date therein indicated. If no delivery date is specified, it takes place within the estimated time provided when selecting the type of delivery and, in any case, within the maximum period of 10 days from the date of confirmation.
    If it is not possible to carry out the delivery, the order will be sent to the warehouse. In this event, a notice will specify where the order is located and how to agree on a new delivery.
    If you are unable to be present at the place of delivery at the agreed time, we recommend contacting us again to agree on a new delivery date.
    If the delivery cannot take place for reasons not attributable to us after 15 days from the date on which the order is available for delivery, we will assume that you intend to terminate the contract.
    Consequently, the amounts will be returned, delivery costs included, except for any additional costs arising from choosing a different type of delivery from the ordinary one offered, without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date of termination of the contract. The transport resulting from the termination of the contract may have additional costs that will be charged to the buyer.

  10. Transfer of risk
    The risks related to the products will pass to the buyer from the moment of delivery. Ownership of the products is deemed acquired upon receipt of full payment of all amounts due in relation to the same, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery, if it happens later.
  11. Warranty and commercial compliance
    The seller is responsible for any defect of the products offered on the website, including the non-conformity of the articles to the ordered products, in accordance with the Italian law provisions.
    If the buyer has concluded the contract as a consumer or any person acting on the website for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out, the warranty is valid provided that the defect occurs within 24 months from the date of delivery of the products; that the buyer lodges a formal complaint in relation to the defects within a maximum of 2 months from the date on which the defect was from the latter recognized; that the return form is compiled correctly.
    In the case of non-conformity, the buyer who has entered the contract as a consumer has the right to obtain the restoration of the conformity of the products, without charge, by repair or replacement or to obtain an appropriate price reduction or the termination of the contract in relation to the goods in question and the consequent refund of the price.
    All return costs for defective products will be charged to the seller.
  12. Withdrawal
    In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 from the date of receipt of the products.
    In the case of multiple purchases made by the buyer with a single order but delivered separately, the period of 30 days starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
    The buyer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify it to by explicit declaration, which can be transmitted by registered mail or by accessing the section: customer service on the site by creating a practice.
    The buyer must exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or alternatively transmit the withdrawal form, referred to in Annex I, part B of Legislative Decree 21/2014 not mandatory.

    The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and with the tax documentation attached. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the website will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 10 days, including any shipping costs.
    As provided by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the website may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or until proof has been made by the buyer that the goods have been sent back.
    The website will perform the refund using the same means of payment chosen by the buyer at the time of purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, and if the buyer intends to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, he/she must provide the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary to make the refund.

    The Data of the buyer are processed in accordance with the applicable legislation on Data protection, as specified in the appropriate section ( containing the information pursuant to art. 13 D. lgs. 30 June 2003 (Privacy Policy).

    If one of the clauses of these General Conditions of Sale is void for any reason, this will in no case compromise the validity and compliance with the other provisions contained in these General Conditions of Sale.

  16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
    These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and interpreted in accordance with it, without prejudice to any other mandatory rule prevailing in the country of habitual residence of the buyer. Consequently, the interpretation, execution and termination of the General Conditions of Sale are subject to the Italian law exclusively and any dispute inherent and/or consequent to them must be resolved by Italian courts exclusively. If the buyer qualifies as a consumer, any dispute must be resolved by the court of the place of domicile or residence of the same in accordance with the applicable law.These Conditions were drawn up on 25/03/2021.

Shipping and delivery time

The shipment of the ordered items takes place through national express couriers directly to the address indicated.
The products are shipped and delivered in 3-5-10 working days depending on what is indicated in each item. For shipments to European islands and foreign countries it is necessary to add to the Standard Time 2 working days.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight/volume to be shipped and the size of the order.
The goods must be checked at the time of collection and in case of anomalies and damages they must be indicated on the document to be signed to the carrier and promptly reported to our Customer Service within 5 days from receipt to [email protected] or by registered mail. After this period, the complaint cannot be accepted.
If it is not possible to make the delivery, any costs of repair and storage, etc. will still be charged to the customer.

Make the payment no later than 10 days after sending the order; after this period the order is automatically deleted from the system.

Returns, complaints and right of withdrawal

The customer can decide to return the purchased goods without penalty, within 14 days from the date on which he/she received the goods.
In this case, the customer must notify the customer service by email [email protected] and he/she must return the goods intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete with the attached tax documentation.
Edenaria will refund the amount of the purchase within 10 days of receipt of the return, without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above. The costs and responsibility for the return are charged to the customer.


Items sold by are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty valid throughout Italy.
The items are covered by a 2 years (two) warranty, pursuant to art. 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from use that does not comply with the indications on the label or inside the package.
Area C srl is not responsible for direct or indirect damage caused using products sold other than as indicated in the technical and safety data sheets.
To activate the warranty, contact the Customer Service by sending an email to [email protected] specifying the purchase references and the defect found. For a better service it is recommended to send a photo of the purchased product.
The customer service of Edenaria will communicate by email if the warranty covers the defect found and the times and methods of restoration, without burdening the customer with other expenses.
